PRIVACY
Gravity180 does not collect personally identifiable information
about individuals, except when voluntarily and knowingly provided. When
you share personal information with Gravity180, you are providing it
to the client who sponsored the event that you attended. Gravity180
does not provide individually identifiable information to third parties.
Gravity180 uses your information for traffic audits only. Gravity180
does not control the privacy policies of its clients.
Kids – be sure to ask your parents for permission before you send
any information about yourself – like your name, address, or e-mail
address – over the Internet, to us or anyone else. Gravity180 will
never knowingly collect or maintain information about children.
If we need to change the terms of privacy in the future, we will post
these changes as soon as they go into effect.
PHOTO SECURITY
All photos reside in a secure data center. Your photo will be accessible
on the Gravity180 web site during the event promotion only. When the
event promotion has ended, Gravity180 will cease to make your photo
available on its web site. Gravity180 may store your photo in secure
archives which are not accessible over the Internet.
DURING AN EVENT PROMOTION, YOUR PHOTO IS CAPABLE OF BEING ACCESSED BY
INDIVIDUALS OTHER THAN YOURSELF. While Gravity180 strives to exercise
high standards of care to protect your privacy and the privacy of your
photo, Gravity180 does not warrant that you are protected from the careless,
irresponsible, or intentional actions of third parties. If you are uncomfortable
with the accessibility of your photo, please submit a removal request
to Gravity180 at info@gravity180.com with “Remove My Photo”
in the subject line. Please include the name of the event that you attended,
the dates of the event, and your photo ID #.
PHOTO USE
Your photo is shared with the client who sponsored the event that you
attended. The client and/or Gravity180 may use your photo for promotional
and/or marketing purposes. In exchange for receiving a free photo of
yourself, you grant the client and Gravity180 the right to use your
image and likeness in any manner for marketing and promotional purposes.
COPYRIGHT
The Gravity180 service (including but not limited to photographs, text,
graphics, video, and audio content) is protected by copyright under
the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. You may
not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, enter into a database, display,
perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit
any part of the Gravity180 service or web site.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The Gravity180 service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant
that the Gravity180 service will be uninterrupted or error free. Gravity180
does not make any warranties, express or implied, including without
limitation, those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose,
with respect to the Gravity180 service or any information or goods that
are available or advertised or sold through the Gravity180 service.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
Gravity180, its officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, agents, clients, or licensors are not liable for incidental,
indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of
any kind, including lost revenues or profits, loss of business or loss
of data, in any way related to the Gravity180 service or for any claim,
loss, or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions, or other
inaccuracies in the Gravity180 service. Any claim against Gravity180
shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the use of the
Gravity180 service.
CHOICE OF LAWS
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.
By continuing to use the Gravity180 service, you agree to abide by all
of its terms.
